Shipping Policy
We process and ship most orders on the same day if ordered by 2pm EST on a business day. You will receive your items within 5 to 7 business days and we always ship UPS or USPS. We will send you a UPS or USPS tracking number when we ship your items so you are fully informed of the status of your shipment. We value your time and money as an individual and business owner and we ensure fair shipping charges on every order. If you are ordering large items and/or a large order, please contact our customer service reps at 1-718-805-2100 to get a quote on shipping & volume pricing.

Return Policy
We accept Online Store returns up to 7 days after you receive your order. You must call us first to see if your item will be approved for returns as some items are non-refundable. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 35% is applied to orders that are accepted for return. Freight is not refundable. Some restrictions may apply.
